These terms cover your use of the LumiBox website, web player, App Clip and mobile app (together, "LumiBox"), made by Not Another Human Studio. By playing, you agree to them.
LumiBox is free to play. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. Please do not try to disrupt the service, cheat by altering the games or their network traffic, or copy the games, art or sounds.
Coins, gems and energy are virtual items for use inside LumiBox only. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money or prizes, and cannot be transferred or sold. No game in LumiBox involves real-money gambling or betting. We may change how virtual items work, for example to keep the games balanced.
Some parts of LumiBox let you post short messages, such as a game's room. Keep posts kind and lawful. We may remove posts or limit an account that breaks these rules.
LumiBox may show advertising to keep the games free. Ads are provided by third parties under their own terms.
We add, change and sometimes retire games. LumiBox is provided "as is", and we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of LumiBox.
How we handle your information is described in our privacy policy.
